Ingredients
37% conjugated linoleic acids CLA, 14.8% green tea extract, soybean oil, 7.4% L-carnitine, capsule (gelatin, glycerin, water, color: E 172).

Recommended intake
1-2 capsules daily (after breakfast and about 30 minutes before exercise).
