OVERVIEW

L-Carnitine + Chrome is an L-carnitine base and chromium source that provides 1050 mg of L-carnitine and 150 mcg of chromium in liquid form per serving. It was specifically formulated for avid athletes to help them achieve their fitness goals. L-Carnitine + Chrome is enriched with chromium, which contributes to healthy macronutrient metabolism and the maintenance of normal blood sugar levels. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

To make an L-carnitine drink, dissolve 15 ml of liquid concentrate in 300 ml of water. Drink 1 to 2 servings daily. It tastes even better when dissolved in carbonated mineral water.
